Rita Kelley, illustrator, resides in Connecticut where she was born and raised. She works primarily with charcoal and watercolor with a preference for the human figure. Her published illustrations include the cover of Wreckage on a Watery Moon, a collection of poems written by Mary McLaughlin Slechta (Foothills Publishing).
